American Red Cross

We were lucky enough to be selected by the American Red Cross to help build a single centralized portal for their entire Blood Services Division. The web site is now live at www.RedCrossBlood.org

 

Without any doubt, this project was the most exciting challenge that we have faced so far. The level of detail required to work with the American Red Cross is incredible. Every single word, every image and every page goes through a lengthy and thorough vetting process before ever even making it to their staging servers. Thankfully, the Red Cross has a very concise Style Guide for our designers to follow and our primary points of contact were very adept at giving clear direction on what they wanted.

 

DesignStudio.com was one of several vendors participating on this project but our part in the project is probably the most visual. Our task was to handle page layout and design work for the massive amounts of content found throughout the site. Altogether, we designed more than 120 pages of content for this site. We continue to help add and refine content in this site even to this day.
