Getting Access to Client’s Facebook Page and Business Manager Account

Facebook Access

IMPORTANT NOTE: For Facebook, you will need to get Admin Access to the client’s FB Account before you can get Admin Access to their Business Manager Account. The following are instructions that the client should follow.

Admin Access to FB Account

If you are an admin:

Click Settings at the top of your Page.

Click Page Roles in the left column

Under ‘Assign a New Page Role’ type facebook@designstudio.com and select Steven Matthews.

Click Admin to select a role from the dropdown menu.

Click Add and enter your password to confirm.

*Once the client has completed those 5 steps, we should receive a Facebook notification informing us of ‘Admin Access’ granted. Once we click that notification and accept, the client can continue the following steps to grant us Business Manager Account Access.
